Our services included Architectural and Interior Design for this contemporary and stylish downtown infill project. Four identical 3000 SF units stacked over on-grade parking have spacious balconies that engage the corners to capture the City and Balboa Park views.

The use of industrial building products like poured in place concrete, metal panels and steel railings add a raw urban appeal most desired by new city dwellers.
