Canyon Villas at The Welk Resort
Escondido, CA
Professional services include Master Planning, Entitlements and Architectural Design. The 20-acre site is part of the Welk Resort, the new expansion will deliver 120 two-bedroom lock-off units. The elegant California Mission architecture is blended into the overall campus yet still stands alone with unique features unto itself. The name "Canyon Villas" symbolizes the rock outcroppings and internal man-made canyon landscape, showcasing the resort amenities.
