Our services initially were entitlement processing for a rezone, lot tie and local community design review board approvals. This project is in the Village of La Jolla with three different community groups overseeing the design. We also developed the Architectural and Interior Design. As part of the Village core, we felt the building, facades and patios needed to be pedestrian friendly as the street is very active. We utilized the building materials to make the facade warm and inviting yet present a strong sense of place. The contemporary design approach still has many reflecting elements of the classic Prairie style architecture.
