Professional Services included Master Planning, Architectural and Interior Design. This 11-acre site is nestled in the forested area of Lake Conroe and features a marina as part of a 100-acre residential community. The design concepts are reminiscent of early Texas barns and silos. The use of metal roofs mixed with indigenous stone veneer columns and accents of metal and wood siding in the vernacular sense enhances our desire to bring the old Texas country to this fabulous location.
The amenities on site will be an owners clubhouse, general store and boat fuel dock, a full service restaurant, athletic and day spa rooms as well as an adult pool and kids pool. We have accented the amenities area with a gazebo and man made beach complete with private cabanas.
