His portfolio of work includes an emphasis on single-family custom-designed homes, single-family housing communities, and multi-family residential/mixed-use and commercial buildings. Percy is recognized for his effective collaboration with clients, the consultant team, and construction project managers to ensure successful ongoing progress for each project.
