ACI executed the master planning, architectural, and interior design for this 20 acre, 480 unit timeshare resort, 30,000 square foot lobby, spa and public spaces named and designed after the legendary Zuni tribe’s Seven Cities of Cibola. Property amenities such as an interactive pool and lazy river, trailhead horse corral, and lobby bar and restaurant were also designed for the project.

Our responsibilities also included the purchasing of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including shipping and installation coordination for all guest areas.
