ACI is the Architect of Record and Interior Design firm working with Holiday Inn Club Vacations to increase its Myrtle Beach footprint with a new state-of-the-art Preview Center. Inspired by the architectural history of the rural townships surrounding Myrtle Beach, the building concept is a take on the rustic barn - a classic, unadorned structure. Details reference the nearby grand seaside hotel, iconic local hot spots, town gathering halls, and ocean piers; with its clerestory roof, exposed beams, elongated windows, low slung, gable metal roofs are set off by calming, nostalgic colors such as dusty sky blue and soft sage green.

The Preview Center will be primarily used as a sales center and utilized for special events and owner experience activities. The 30,000 square foot facility is equipped with a large café, covered patio, sales theater, “Dream Room” where guests can visualize their vacations digitally, and offices for management and sales staff Inside.

The City of Myrtle Beach CAB approved unanimously on the first submittal February 2, 2023 the design for the Preview Center to be located between the Holiday Inn Club Vacations’ existing South Beach Resort and its new oceanfront resort.
