To meet the growing market for this popular brand and attract new customer base to existing retail centers, we designed multiple Starbucks in California. Projects ranged from renovation/expansion to ground-up design with drive-thrus and outdoor patio dining areas included when possible to enhance the overall experience. We managed the fees/permit process and agency coordination to get the projects built on schedule and within budget, while meeting the challenging limitations from city and state.
