The Kenamar project was part of the early “green rush” of the growing cannabis industry.  Cannabis property entitlements is an arduous process beginning with the Conditional Use Permit.  ACI adeptly maneuvered the CUP process for this complex property. The project began with a two-story industrial building with office and warehouse space, totaling 60,000 SF. It was then converted into four different manufacturing / grow facilities, 15,000 SF each.   ACI redesigned the space for efficiency and successfully processed the CUP was with the City of San Diego in approximately 9 months.
