Trinity Place Apartments is a Supportive Housing Development, built to serve seniors who have recently experienced homelessness. Residents benefit from an array of on-site and off-site services and programming to support their needs and further enhance their lives. ACI designed the interior community spaces including lobbies, offices, commons, nurse’s room, fitness room, and corridors.

To contribute to the support and uplift of residents living at Trinity Place, the interior design concept, “Ascendance in Tandem,” creates an effect of rising from deep sea to bright sky with large-scale applications of variegated blues accented with warming shades of sunlight. Furniture selections, art installations, and patterns reference layers, levels and triangles—the geometry of strength.
